When LSI first opened its doors for surgery in March of 2005 in Tampa, Florida, it was with one goal in mind. To make a positive difference in the lives of patients with debilitating back and neck pain, primarily through the use of minimally invasive, endoscopic laser surgery. As one of the only facilities in the country performing this type of surgery, patients from all over the US, Canada and other countries travel to LSI to benefit from these revolutionary outpatient procedures.

With surgical facilities in Tampa and Scottsdale and a second consult facility now open in The Villages, Florida, LSI continues to bring leadership and spinal health expertise to back and neck pain sufferers all around the world.
